(The brief)
A fare change that historically triggers a month of public anger.
Fare communications usually apologise. We explained instead: the new table, set clean and large, placed exactly where the decision happens — at the stop, on the bus side, above the barrier. Six languages, one grid, no marketing language anywhere in it. Clarity turned out to be the whole campaign.
